Bridging complex systems, real-world operations, and customer trust.

I’m a senior, customer-facing engineer with decades of experience helping organizations adopt, integrate, and rely on complex technical platforms.
I work at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer needs — staying hands-on while keeping outcomes front and center.

About Me

I’ve spent my career working alongside customers in demanding environments — from aerospace and defense to enterprise technology platforms — where reliability, clarity, and execution matter.

My role has often been to act as the connective tissue between customers and internal teams: understanding real requirements, navigating constraints, and ensuring solutions work not just on paper, but in practice.

I value clear communication, practical problem-solving, and long-term relationships built on trust. While much of my background is technical, I’m equally comfortable translating complexity for business stakeholders and staying hands-on when systems don’t behave as expected.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography (some of my photos are on this website), ranching, and generally learning how systems — technical or otherwise — actually fit together.

What I Do

  • Partner with enterprise customers to align technical solutions with operational and business goals

  • Lead discovery, solution design, and customer-facing technical conversations

  • Translate complex system behavior into clear, actionable decisions

  • Engage directly with integrations, data flows, and platform behavior to support solution design and issue resolution

  • Coordinate across sales, engineering, operations, and customer teams to drive successful outcomes

Experience Snapshot

I currently serve as a Senior Application / Solutions Engineer supporting enterprise and OEM customers in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Earlier in my career, I worked embedded within Boeing engineering teams, supporting system integration, validation, and operational adoption of advanced technical platforms — experience that continues to shape how I approach customer-facing work today.

Over the years, I’ve supported organizations including Boeing, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Air Force, working in environments where reliability and execution are non-negotiable.

How I Work

  • Customer-first: I start with real needs and constraints, not assumptions

  • Hands-on when it matters: I stay close to the technical details so solutions hold up in practice

  • Cross-functional by default: I bridge customers, engineering, operations, and sales

  • Clear and steady: I communicate directly, especially in high-pressure situations

  • Outcome-driven: Success is measured by adoption, reliability, and long-term confidence
